Questions, answered
How does the free trial work?
Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. Add payment before the trial ends and you'll never lose access. If you don't upgrade, your store goes read-only but your data stays safe.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from your billing settings. Changes are prorated to the day, so you only pay for what you use.
What counts towards the product limit?
Each active SKU in your catalog. Archived or hidden products don't count. If you're close to the limit we'll flag it well before you run out.
Is annual billing really cheaper?
Yes. Annual billing saves you roughly two months vs paying monthly (about 17% off). You pay once, up front, and you can still cancel and receive a prorated refund.
Are there setup or onboarding fees?
No. Onboarding is free on every plan. For Enterprise customers we also include hands-on setup with your catalog and floor plan.
Do you charge per location?
Starter and Growth are priced per store. If you run multiple locations or franchises, Enterprise bundles them under a single account with shared analytics.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. After that, your store goes offline but your data is preserved for 90 days in case you want to come back.
Can I pay by invoice?
Annual and Enterprise plans can be billed by invoice on request. Monthly plans are charged automatically to a card via Stripe.
